Steve was not only very professional, but very friendly and very approachable. Since we live outside the US (just outside London, England) there was alot of coorespondence through email and / or the phone ~ Steve was very prompt with his answers and very helpful with emailing us documents for our review. We are very happy with the services we received from Steve Sloboda and we highly recommend him. When we decided we were going to purchase a new house we wanted to act quickly and Steve was really responsive. Steve was able to make everything go smoothly with our purchase. He had to have some awkward conversations with the sellers and was able to do that without any problems. Steve was always very open with us about what was going on with the process and what to expect next. He also helped us with the paperwork to help us rent our house.
