Bought a home in 2012.
Steve was very professional, attentive, and responsive to our needs as first time home buyers. He would thoroughly answer our questions and was always available when we called him. Steve was very personable and had an amazing ability of explaining everything throughout the home searching and purchasing process. It was a pleasure working with Steve. The purchase or sale of your home is not always quick and easy, but Steve can make it all worthwhile. We would wholeheartedly recommend him as your real estate professional.

Bought a home in 2013.
Steve did an amazing job finding a new home for us. He was low pressure, honest and even told us when not to buy. Steve is a real estate agent with integrity and I would recommend him to family and friends. He found us a great selection of homes and was patient with my wife and I when we couldn’t make up our minds. When it came to making a decision on a home Steve took a lot of stress out of the equation because he communicated clearly with all parties, staid on top of the details/paperwork and even kept an eye out for issues that we were not aware of. If you’re looking for a real estate agent I would suggest giving Steve a call, you’ll quickly find out why I’m writing such a strong review.

Steve was great to work with! As first time homebuyers he educated us about each step of the process and answered our questions. As our home search evolved, Steve was receptive to our thoughts and opinions. We felt confident that Steve was advocating for our best interests as buyers. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family embarking on the home search.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Renton, WA.
We will definitely be recommending Steve Volpone to all of our family and friends as a real estate agent. He was very knowledgable about the area and knew all of the different neighborhoods and school districts, to help us find the perfect location. He found and took us to our perfect house the day it came on the market, negotiated the deal and from there it was a quick and speedy close. Overall a very pleasant experience with Steve from beginning to end.

Steve is an amazing realtor. He helped us short sale our house which was about a 2 year process. He never gave up and was always there to help and answer questions. I would recommend Steve to anyone that is looking to buy/sell. We will be forever grateful for all his hard work!!

Bought a home in 2012.
The idea that I could own a home, seemed unreachable, but as I watched prices drop due to the economy, I began to wonder if it could happen. Steve responded to an inquiry I made online about a house I looked at, and I immediately felt comfortable with asking questions and beginning this process. Throughout the 5 plus months it took to find and purchase the house we fell in love with, he never stopped encouraging us, answering our crazy questions, or calming our anxious thoughts. A short sale is truly not for the weak of heart, but he made it so much easier. We never doubted it would all come out fine in the end. I would recommend Steve to anybody who wants a positive experience in what can be a very stressful process. He's the best, and we were so very lucky to have found him.

Working with Steve was wonderful! He was very understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. We looked for months before we found our first home, Steve was always on top of new listings, showings, and all the details. Once we found a home, he walked us through the buying process. Very honest and trustworthy. I will recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy a new home. If you're in search of a great real estate agent that will be looking out for your best interest, Steve is definitely your guy!

Last year Steve helped us navigate to buy our new home, everything from screening potential properties to referring us to mortgage brokers & keeping things moving efficiently when snags arose. Now he has successfully sold our former home in a very difficult market.
