Hi, All the units in this complex have AC, two car garages. It is a really nice complex and usually just one common wall. The cons with this complex is that it is situated right next the freeway. Right now all prices are negotiable. Don't be afraid to make an offer. I am not the agent for this property but I work in the area and know this complex well.
