Thanks for checking out my profile.

I know there are many agents to choose from but where i excel is in my excellence in working with First Time Buyers (and previous home-owners). I spend as much time as each client wishes to discuss the Real Estate purchasing process. One of the unique things i offer is to review a previously closed Escrow so the Buyer is comfortable with the process and has seen what the documents look like ahead of time so the they have a better idea of what is going to happen next in the transaction. I do my best to educate and protect my Buyers every step of the way so the whole experience is as stress-free as possible.

When searching or looking for homes, we will see as many places as necessary, NOT just 3 homes, like on HGTV shows.

I put out a weekly email newsletter for all my clients, which includes information on the current interest rates, articles about the current market and also the advanced list of Open Houses so you can track the market or plan your weekend.

Lastly, I am a member of the Professional Standards and Ethics Committee for the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Board of Realtors.   I have many, many happy clients and would be happy to supply referrals to vet my work ethic.

      Bought a home in 2014.
      I had no idea what I was doing, a very tight budget, and a short timeline, but Steve got it done! Steve was very patient, attentive, and informative. We spent as much time as I needed to look around for a safe place in my price point and he was very familiar with the areas I was looking in.       Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $975K in Burbank, CA.
      Steve should get an award for making this transaction happen. We were only casually looking at houses and stumbled upon our dream house. We tried to make an offer, but without selling our house first the other agent wouldn’t consider it, so we rushed to sell our home and the day ours went on the market, the dream house was taken off the market. We were crushed, but Steve had us write a letter to the owner and then waited in the rain all day to personally hand deliver the letter to the owner. And it worked! He agreed to sell it to us…if we sold our house. So Steve worked doubly hard to get our house sold and get us into the new house and amazingly it worked out. When I eventually met the owner, he said it was Steve and the letter that made it all happen. So I would absolutely recommend Steve for any and all of your real estate needs. He knows this business inside and out, but first and foremost he cares about his clients and their happiness and he’s willing to go that extra mile to make it happen. A+  MoreLess

      Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $950K in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, CA.
      Steve was fantastic. He did a great job marketing and selling our home. He had an open house every weekend until it sold because his philosophy is “the more it’s open, the more chances you’ll find a buyer.” And he was right.

      I had a lot of questions for him throughout the sales/escrow process and he had answer for every one. I’m sure at times I tried his patience, but you would never know. He always took the time to explain things to me in layman’s terms and I always felt satisfied with the answers he gave.

      Steve also did everything in his power to help the buyer to ensure a smooth transaction on both ends. There were a few inevitable bumps along the way, as there always will be, but Steve went out of his way to smooth them out. And that’s the type of person you want on your side. I highly recommend Steve for all your real estate needs. A+
