When my wife and I decided to buy a house rather than continue to rent an apartment, we were worried that we would be overwhelmed by the ever-changing market. How would we find the right house? How much should we spend? What features were most important to us? Stieg helped us answer all those questions, and countless others. Thanks to him, our fears vanished, as his considerable experience safely guided us through the entire process. Stieg demonstrated vast knowledge of the mechanics of the real estate market, having researched each property and neighborhood we were interested in. He also provided ballpark figures for potential home improvement costs. This helped us to weigh the merits of each home objectively. We were so impressed by Stieg's professionalism, evidenced by tremendous generosity with regards to his time. On several occasions Stieg set up a home viewing and drove to meet us at a property, only to learn after a quick walk-through that we would not be interested in purchasing said home. Were I in his position, I would be quite annoyed; Stieg never was. My wife and I were never made to feel like we had wasted his time, or that we were unreasonable for wanting to view a given property. Stieg helped us to find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood for the perfect price. We could not be be happier!

I have been in both the buying and selling process with the agent and he has done and excellent job on both sides of the process. He got the selling price we were looking for and also did a great job in finding a property that met all our needs and most of our wants in the area we wanted. Great customer service which is the number one thing with us. I would highly recommend using Stieg on either side of the process.
