Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $500k in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.Summary:
Given the age of these two young ladies, they provided an unexpected wealth of information. We received intelligent and succinct answers to every question and we had many as we had not bought a home in 23 years. They broadened our prospects by enlightening us as to the short sale process (we were originally looking at foreclosures). We closed the deal at asking price within four months of submitting an offer. We are now living in our dream home and we feel we owe it to these young ladies.
