Subomi is an Associate Broker and a College Professor who teaches Principles of Real Estate and is a NYS Real Estate Instructor. She is an Expert at both Residential and Commerical Sales and Rentals. She is an experienced Short Sale Realtor.

Subomi is well known for negotiating Short Sales and has excellent business acumen.  In 2012, Market Knowledge and Expertise have made her the GO TO REALTOR in Westchester and the Bronx.

Subomi is a member of the Westchester County Board of Realtors, the New York Association of Realtors and the New York State Real Estate Educators Association.

She is an experienced trainer and motivational coach whose passion is working with both buyers, sellers as well as agents to ensure their needs are met at every step of the transaction from the initial first meeting to closing. After working with homeowners in distress, she wrote a course that was an instant HIT for home owners who are facing financial stress in todays' real estate market. Subomi was invited to teach prospective home buyers on the Role of a Realtor in the home buying process and again met with instant success. Her natural ability to create an interactive learning environment where participation is welcome has made her a sought after instructor and trainer.

Subomi Macaulay is an experienced Residential Property Manager, Real Estate Instructor and Realtor, in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate.  She has worked as both a Property Manager and Real Estate Broker in rental buildings, cooperative buildings and condominium buildings. Her focus is on operations and financial reporting.

Subomi is proactive and extremely organized, with strong analytical and communication skills.  With seven years as both a general and special agent; she has incorporated into her repertoire negotiating skills, budgeting and market analysis. Her forte is preserving the value of the investment property while generating an income as an agent of the owners. She is successful at this because she merchandises the property and controls operating expenses to maximize income.

She maintains and modernizes the property by enhancing the owner's capital investment by securing suitable tenants, collective rents and hiring and supervising employees. She develops a management proposal that includes an operating budget and recommendations as to how the property should be managed.  Based on the needs of the owners she creates and obtains a signed management agreement that outlines her responsibilities in preparing monthly earnings statements and making the necessary disbursements to keep the property running smoothly.

Subomi is a Grant Writer and Event Planner for not-for-profit organizations.

In 2011, she was sworn in as a Board Member City of Yonkers Board of Assessment Review.

In 2010, she became the Foreclosure Prevention Specialist for the United Way of Westchester and Putnam Counties.
