We relocated from Florida and had no local real estate knowledge of the Columbus marketplace. We picked Sue from the Zillow website due to the high number of recommendations she had earned and we could not have made a better chocie. From understanding our needs and desires and finding us a home thru the final negoiation and closing she and her staff were always there to assist us. Every step of the way we were 100% sure that Sue had our best interests at heart. She taught us a ton, found us a perfect house, and was easy to get a hold of from the day I initially called her all the way until we moved in. Actually, that's not true -- she's STILL easy to get a hold of. Even though she stands to gain nothing from our relationship anymore, she still checks in and makes sure that everything is going well with the house and even wants to know how we're personally doing. Things like this are why we loved our home-buying experience so much. It didn't feel like we were working with a realtor -- it felt like we were working with a good friend who just so happened to know a lot about real estate.
I almost wish I could sell our house just so I can work with Sue again. But I'm not going to because I love our house -- and it's all thanks to Sue!…More Less
