Since we know that deciding to buy or sell is a huge decision, we thought we would share our thoughts and philosophy on real estate.

We were drawn to this business by the belief that we could truly help people build and grow with real estate investments. We do not tell you this to tout ourselves but to express that we are still hear and intend to be here for many years to come, eager to work with you as lifetime clients.

With over 25 years of combined experience we have come to realize that this business is a 24 hour 7 days a week business. Things do not always happen from 9-5. As a team we have the ability to be there for our clients. We know it is absolutely impossible to be in two places at once. Further, as Moms we also know and value family time. We still can keep a great balance between work and home.

Over the years we have fine tuned our business. We love to walk each client through the entire process to alleviate as much stress as possible. The real estate market can present unexpected obstacles and opportunities. Fortunately, experience has given us the foresight to often prevent challenges before they occur or the ability to solve them quickly and uneventfully.
