Ratings & Reviews

Sue Gallaspy was wonderful to work with. My husband and I bought our first house, after being married nearly 13 years. Sue helped us thru every detail of home buying, when we were not sure what to do. She explained everything to us and was able to answer every question we had. She was always on time and had everything organized, when it came time to look at homes. I would HIGHLY recommend Sue!

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $200K in Hattiesburg, MS.

Sue was a huge help to us in purchasing our home in 2008. We were moving into the area from another part of the state, and she provided valuable information to us about the city and the county and helped us to find and purchase a home that was just perfect for us. As a result of her efforts the sales transaction went without a glitch, and she fielded all the usual buyer questions on topics such as taxes, city services, and homestead exemptions. After the move was completed, she followed up with us to make sure all was well, and she introduced us to other new homeowners in the community. Ten months after closing, when we were eligible to do so, Sue reminded us to sign up for a property tax homestead exemption. If you are considering purchasing or selling a home in this area, I would highly recommend Sue Gallaspy.  More Less
