Bought a home in 2012.
Sue was amazing. My fiancee and I absolutley loved having her as our realtor. It was our first time buying a house and Sue helped us with so many things that we didnt think about. Sue was very helpful with getting the inspections scheduled and making sure we had everything lined up as well as reffering me to other great people to help us with our purchase.Sue was also very quick at answering any questions that we both had, and trust me we had alot.
I would and already have referred her to friends and would recommend Sue to anyone that is looking to buy a house. You should definitely make Sue Hutchinson your realtor.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Greensboro, NC.
We have been really fortunate that we found Sue as our Realtor. She is very well versed with the housing market. She found a great house for us at a very good price. She does enormous research as per buyer's request. She keeps herself updated by taking courses. She believes in having a long term relationship. It has been about 2 months since we moved in the house, she is still available to answer our questions. We will strongly recommend her to anyone. Thanks Sue.

Bought a home in 2012.
Sue was a real pleasure to work with, she was always available for questions, viewings or meetings whenever we needed. She worked very hard in getting us the best deal and definitely was looking out for our best interest when it came to negotiating inspection and closing related issues. She was very knowledgeable about local representatives which was especially helpful to us being that we were transferring into the area from another state.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Greensboro, NC.
Sue has sold our last two houses! In a tough market, she gave us options and worked with us to sell the house and do what was best for us in the process.
On the buying side, she worked very hard for us to negotiate and find us a house that fit what we were looking for. We came down to the wire with time and moving into our new house and she was able to get everything done and make it happen!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $100K in Winston Salem, NC.
I luckily had the honor of having Sue as my 1st real estate agent who helped me purchase my 1st home. Yep....I was a 1st time home buyer in this crazy housing market! I work in customer service so I am accustomed to giving someone a positive & professional experience from day to day & couldn't have asked for anyone better to deal with in purchasing a home. I was what you would call a motivated buyer I believe & I think Sue picked up on that right away. She sat down with me & discussed all the things I was looking for in a home & explained all the ins & outs of the process. She is such a hard worker & she kinda took care of me like I was her own daughter. Sue definitely knows her stuff & I couldn't be happier with the services she provided. Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Greensboro, NC.
Sue helped me find my lovely home almost six years ago here in Greensboro and she was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and took care of all the details (i.e. home inspection, negotiation, etc.) in a timely fashion. She covered all the bases. Recently, I recommended her to a family member and they were extremely please with her real estate expertise, knowledge of the area, negotiation skills, attention to detail and personal care in helping them find an ideal home. Her follow-up and personal interest are exceptional. She would be my first choice and I would recommend her to anyone interested in selling or buying a home in this area. Thank you, Sue!

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2011 in Greensboro, NC.
Sue is very knowledgeable and personable. She has had much experience in all kinds of markets and tries very hard to sell the property. I did not have a chance to observe her negotiation skills, so I did not rate it.

Bought a home in 2010.
I would highly recommend Sue, she is very professional, hard woker, and very knowledgable about the market. We relocated from NJ to NC and I don't think it would have been as easy and smoothly without the help from Sue, she really went above and beyond, we where in a rush due to my husband company was relocating him and he had to give an answer within 72hrs, our first visit out with Sue, I told my husband it a done deal accept the offer, our first visit was a lasting impression I would never forget the way she treated us and how comfortable she make us felt, she is sure a realtor with high integrity. We have been in NC for a year now and remain friends with Sue.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $225K in Oviedo, FL.
We needed to sell our home quickly due to a job relocation and Sue made that possible even in what was and still is considered a difficult time to sell a home! We had a contract on our home in less than three months! She was wonderful in all areas.
