Since I can remember as a young adult, I love Real Estate. Taking 3 young children to open houses and looking at properties. I went to school and got my license while living in Los Angeles. I sold Residential Properties and managed a small apartment house and a few homes. I went back to college and obtained my California Brokers License.
My family fell in love with Santa Cruz while visiting friends and decided to moved to Aptos in 1981. At that time interest rates were as high as 19% and it was very difficult to get loans or sell real estate. A Loan Broker hired me to market his business. That was in 1982 and I became a Mortgage Broker and have worked in mortgages ever since. I was a member of the CA. Association of Mortgage Broker and was the President of the Monterey Bay Chapter and served on the State Board of Directions for years.
I took a break and lived in Maui and served on the Vacation Rental Board for the Condo Association I live in, and I also have my HI Real Estate License.
Recently I had the honor of joining the Bailey Properties Team and work in the Santa Cruz Office.
