How can I find out the fair market of a property that I'm interested in?

Answer

If you put in the address of the property you're that interests you in the search bar, you will get a Zestimate.  However, a Zestimate is created using sales information from neighboring homes based on only a few statistics.  If the property that interests you is "non-conforming" to the neighborhood the corresponding value may be either higher or lower than the true value.  It doesn't hurt to consult a realtor who is an expert in the neighborhood.
