I have lived here since my birth in the mid 1950's: I grew up in Tahoe City and enjoyed skiing, swimming, hiking and the great mountain outdoors. Except for leaving for college, I have stayed, worked, and raised a family locally. I have been actively selling real estate full time since 1989 and I have enriched my knowledge of the area by becoming involved with my Board of Realtors and my local government agencies.

Knowing what works for people, why they want a certain feature in a property and understanding how current and future events will affect their investments is my expertise.
