    Bought a home in 2013.

    Found a tenant for a home.
    John is a great Real Estate professional. He is honest and sincere and always tells the truth. I hired John to rent my property consisting of 3 apartments and a house.     Thanks Kate--finding tenants is an art and science. There needs to be a good fit on both sides. The tenant understands paying rent on time and respecting property are the basics while the owner provides great housing and is responsive to maintainence and quality of life issues.
