At $1,800 monthly, I did not expect to be renting a $300,000 home built in 2005 with a leaky roof and black mold. The black mold made my family very sick, and one family member is still, to this day after being out of the black mold environment for many days, (suffering breathing issues).
Tenant Rented the Unready Home on a Saturday Morning. Moving in from out of state Had to have immediate access for his family. The property Had All new paint ,new carpet and small small Items to Complete. Tenant Agreed to Do in Return for early occupancy When Tenant Moved We hired a Professional mold Inspector.and his company found no mold. Bottom Line Tenant wanted to move kids to differernt school district and Played the mold card to do so.. We have nine homes on Sterling ,all maintained very well with repairsdone by builder -owner in timely manners .JOHN
