I first found Timothy Sutherland in 1995 when buying a home. I've bought and refinanced a number of homes over the years, usually every 2 or 3 years and I always return to Mr Sutherland to get my mortgages. I've recently returned to him for my HARP refinance. The first home he helped me with was a 2 unit property in Baltimore; from that time forward he's always been responsive and offered me a great rate as I've bought additional homes and even refinances some in Baltimore and in Reisterstown.
