We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Murdock, Port Charlotte, FL 33948
When I contacted Stan Colwell, P>A> he returned my email the next day, I believe. When I first spoke with him on the phone, he sounded distant, like he was in an empty house. I told him briefly about our situations & he recommended a Lender that worked with problematic situations. When I contacted that Lender, though; I found out that we had absolutely no hopes in obtaining a Mortgage anytime soon.…More Less

Bought a home in 2011.
Stan is a five-star rated agent for several reasons;
1) I found him to be completely honest.
2) He'd send me emails at all hours of the day and night. Great communicator!
3) He's knowledgeable about the market.
4) He took the time to show me the houses I wanted to see and then made suggestions on some others.
5) I never could have purchased the house I wanted without his help. He was on my side.
6) He's a great guy. More than a real estate agent. I'd call him more of a friend.…More Less

Bought a home in 2011.
If you're looking for the right agent Stan is the guy. I purchased a home 2 months ago, I was very satisfied with the way he handled the whole process. It was a short sale as everyone knows they can take a long time. I was about to give up he told me to be patient, the deal is to good just hang on with me you will not regret it. I'm glad I listen to him the deal went through and I'm very happy with it.…More Less
