Sunny is amazing! Her vast knowledge with a combination of persistence and genuine care for her clients make her a great agent for buying and selling. Sunny was very honest, patient, and helpful during all stages of the home selling process. She really listened to us and helped us get what we needed and wanted. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $725K in Pine Hills, Atlanta, GA.
Sunny is great to work with. She is very friendly and very knowledgeable about the Atlanta area because she has been doing this for a long time. She listened to what we were looking for in a house . Sunny makes it a point to view the house herself before showing it and there were houses that looked good on the pictures which she did not recommend because it was not what we were looking for. That saved us a lot of time and gas. We felt that Sunny was really interested in finding us the right house rather than making a transaction quickly. We never felt pushed or pressured into doing anything although she will give you her opinion if asked. After the offer was accepted, she continued to guide and help us through the process. Overall, Sunny made a potentially stressful experience something more pleasant.
