I created the Beverley Group in 2009 for the purpose of avoiding the strategy behind large franchising companies that concentrate on hiring agents to meet monthly quota's. I felt that this approach would put pressure on agents to meet numbers and take away from servicing the clientele. I decided to put the emphasis on customer service and created a boutique operation.
I started in real estate when I was 20 years old. I have played in every facet of real estate including financing, property management, commercial, and acquisitions. I enjoy this business and prefer to be in the field as opposed to behind a desk. Whether your property is a Luxury Home or a Fixer Upper, I would be happy to represent you.
My personality is to do the best job for my clients. I honestly appreciate the business and take it as compliment when I earn my clients trust and confidence.
I have a background in marketing and finance which I have used as an advantage when marketing my clients properties. My business has grown not only because I retain the majority of my clientele, but because I am continuously educating myself with new market trends and products.
My commitment to my customers is that I will always return phone calls and I will follow up with questions unanswered. I work with integrity to set an example for my agents to follow and I treat my customer's with respect, but also expect the same in return. If I present a strategy, I will support my claim with facts and allow my customers to make informed decisions. I consider our association with each other as a partnership and therefore we will work together and represent each other well with organization, productivity, and a common sense approach.
