Closed with lender
Aaron was very helpful and always available to me when I had questions or concerns about the whole process. We did successfully close our loan with him and managed to get our lender on board with the EEM program for this first time which they are now offering and advertising. I am a first time home buyer and he was also able to offer me a very competitive price and was honest upfront about all the closing costs and additional fees that I should expect to see.

If there is anyone out there looking for a honest hard working and very educated lender then they should talk to Aaron Opfell at Sunrise Vista Mortgage. Aaron expedited my request and researched all of the alternative products that could help me with my situation. Aaron was personable, profetional and asssted me with my request in one day rather than weeks like other lenders. Based on his data gathered my wife and I made the best decission we could make. Aaron provided excellent advice on how to improve my credit and gave me accurate information on how a mortgage works and everything associated with it.His emails were quick and most importantly I was treated as if I was his only client!!! I am in an unusual situation that might baffle most people but Aaron Opfell had some good, useful advice
for me. He is interesting to talk over some 'creative' ideas for financing that hadn't occurred to me. Best of all, he has a good sense of humor, too.
