My name is Ryan Bolton and I have been with Superior Lending Associates in wonderful St George Utah for over 4 years. I was given the opportunity to run the new branch of WJ Bradley and have decided to move my license. Starting March 1st, our new branch will be up and running to serve Southern Utah. WJ Bradley brings faster service and industry lending programs and terms.
Since my time in Southern Utah, I have serve as the Southern Utah Chapter President for the Utah Association of Mortgage Brokers (UAMB), active in the Chamber of Commerce as a Dixie Sunshiner, past president of the local Toastmaster Club, past President of the Southern Utah Networkers (SUN), and an active member of the Charity Foundation called the Caddy Group.
I have been helping people get the home financing they need for over 13 years and enjoy what I do. I get to help people everyday get the right home loan. Everything from buying their first home to their last retirement home. From refinancing for better payments and debt consolidation to home improvements.
