Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Ericsson, Minneapolis, MN.
Susan is a pleasant and very knowlegable broker. Susan was able to meet with me immediately to get a Puchase Agreement done in a timely manner. I would refer Susan to anyone looking to work with an experienced agent/broker!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Bloomington, MN.
My husband I bought our first home in Minneapolis with Susan as our realtor 12 years ago. The market was very different then with multiple bids and over bidding being done on homes. Because of Susan's expertise and relationships with in the real estate community in the metro, we were able to get that house at a fair price while there were 3 other bids in the mix. We stayed in that home for 12 years and called upon Susan just recently to help us find a larger home. Again, she helped us negotiate a fair price and made the process smooth and easy. In fact, our house appraised over what we paid. Instant equity!
Susan's knowledge, expertise, and professionalism are beyond 5 stars. We have referred her to friends numerous times over the years and they have all been equally as satisfied.

Sold a home in 2012.
Susan did a great job helping us sell out home in a very difficult market. I believe we got a very fair price and the advice she gave us was always on the mark. She is an absolute expert on market conditions in NE Minneapolis where we sold. I was also very happy with using her River Arts Company - all paperwork was completed perfectly and we were not bombarded with nuicance fee's which I hate. Everything was up front, simple, and accurate.
