Susan Munroe knows the Santa Fe market. During seven years as a Realtor, she has successfully represented Buyers and Sellers with care, perseverance and joy. A researcher, journalist and executive at the National Geographic Society in Washington, D.C., prior to moving to Santa Fe, Susan has finely honed listening and communication skills. She uses them on behalf of clients to ensure their real estate transactions are carefully executed and stress-free. Susan holds an Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation from the National Association of Realtors and particularly enjoys helping Buyers find their perfect home.

Susan practices real estate with her husband and professional partner, Terry Smith, ensuring a team approach to meet clients’ needs. Terry, a former U.S. Marine officer, brings a special commitment to precision and detail to their work.
