Susan is one of the nicest human beings I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She is professional in her dealing with the public. She when over and beyond in helping us buy a home. I would reconmend Susan to anyone looking for a home she has the patices of a saint.

Bought a home in 2012.
My husband and I are/were disabled and do not drive. I had gone through at least four other real estate agents before I met Susan Pack. The other agents wouldn't call back for at least 4-5 days when I would call, and didn't seem interested at all in helping me find a mobile home, one actually told me there wasn't enough commission in it for them and to try someone else.
Then I found Susan Pack, warm, caring, understanding, and worked diligently to find us a home - within a week we found our home. Susan came to our house numerous times to fill out paper work - worked around our schedule for rides to property listings and stuck with us the whole way.
I can't say enough good things about Susan - The real estate agent who cares.

Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2012 in Santa Rosa, CA.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Healdsburg, CA.
Susan contacted us immediately and helped facilitate our eventual purchase. Her responsiveness insured that we eventually did get the property we wanted. It was a complicated property, with many technical problems that required extra due diligence and even some historical sleuthing. Susan was able to help us understand all the problems and solve enough of them to go ahead with the purchase. We realized later just how much work and effort had gone into our sale! And we very much appreciated her expertise and helpfulness.
Also, she was a pleasure to work with.
