Re: 504 215th Pl SE, Sammamish WA 98074. It was apparently listed on Zillow with another agent. I have added it as my new listing. When I added my photos, there were already 6 photos there (of very poor quality). How do I remove these??? Under the "edit photos" area it only let's me see the ones I uploaded.

I cannot really answer the question other than to tell you that Zillow is notoriously incorrect (either high or low) for most properties. I am sure if you Zillowed your own home, you would find that the value is not one you would concur with. This home is listed for $609.58 per sq. ft.- the average dollar per foot of homes in West Bellevue (currently for sale) in the 3M-5M range is $712.38. There are no homes currently for sale that come close to comparing with this one from a construction standpoint, amenities (elevator, 4 car garage, theater, sauna, view, entertainment deck etc) or great contemporary styling that can work beautifully with traditional or contemporary furnishings. Some examples of recently sold homes in west Bellevue are the home at 7820 NE 10th St (no view at all) for $4,088,888, 9026 NE 14th St (5500' with view) for $4,500,000 and 9810 SE Shoreland Dr (4790' with view).
