Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
In a word, Susan is amazing! From the moment we met Susan and her husband/partner Kent, we knew we were in good hands ... they are quite a team. Kent's expertise in the construction field was extremely valuable. He looks at the "bones" of the house. Also he knew that we would need to do some modifications to make our house handicap accessible, and he was able to provide suggestions and also rough estimates of how much it would cost to make the changes we needed. Susan is an expert negotiator. When we found the perfect house, but it was a little above our price point, she went to bat for us to get our first offer accepted. We were thrilled that she could make it happen for us. She responded promptly to every question, even those that would be common knowledge to local residents, but since we were relocating, we had lots of questions!
