Sold a Townhouse home in 2013 in West Linn, OR.
Susan knew my tenants were moving out and she contacted me to see if I wanted to sell. I was impressed by her taking the initiative to contact me. I told her what I needed - it was a long shot ! I had 2 months before I needed to re-lease the property and after that I would only sell to someone looking for rental property - someone who would honor the tenant's lease.
She willingly took on the challenge and it paid off! She looked after every detail! As far as all the forms were concerned, it was a breeze using email and Doc-U-Sign. I just couldn't have been more pleased. I had already decided that if my property didn't sell, that I would use Susan again next year.
