Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Hillsboro, OR.
Susan is bright, extremely knowledgeable and very hard working! We are so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with her. She is one of those rare people who listen and she worked very hard to find the right fit for us. She was a total pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Susan to anyone who wants a Realtor who knows the market, will work hard for you start to finish and is always there to answer questions and address concerns. Bought a home in 2011.
Working with Susan changed our mind set on real estate agents. In the past we had horrible and untrustworthy experiences. She helped us gain faith once in again in agents and the process of purchasing a house. Without Susan we would not be living in our beautiful home. We never felt pressured or ignored. We always knew she was working in our best interest. She found a mortgage broker who would finance our new home when all others refused. In a heart beat, I would work with Susan again! You will not be disappointed if you choose her as your agent - you should!!!

I used to work with Susan professionally and have known her for over ten years. When you know many people in the field, it speaks highly when you choose one for your own professional needs.
Susan, is one of the best. She has high integrity and is a consumate professional. Her charm and people skills increase her value as a professional negotiator and facilitator. Susan has my highest recommendation.

Susan made a miracle happen for us! I wish I know more people in the market for a new home, because I would recommend her to every one of the them. From beginning to end she was there for us. She never made us wait, answered all our questions, and explained everything though-out. Even though our dealings are finished, I will always think of Susan as a freind.

Having tried a few realtors may mean I am difficult. Susan patiently guided me with well-thought insights, concerns for my welfare/livelihood, and helped me to stay focused. Sold a Single Family home in 2007 in Sequim, WA.
Susan did a GREAT job selling my custom home. After interviewing 5 agents she was my choice and it was the right one. She presented herself as a professional with a goal and detailed plan to market and sell my home. She took responsibility from start to finish, met our selling price and closed the sale exceeding my expectations. One year later Susan arranged for a moving company to relocate me out of Oregon.

Susan has been absolutely wonderful helping me find a home where I can move my daughter and granddaughter into before school was starting. There was never an issue in getting hold of Susan and she was always available for showing homes.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Lake Oswego, OR.
If we're lucky in life, we'll come in contact with a few service people that make us feel, "All service people should be like this." I've been lucky; Susan is just such a person. When it come to real estate, she epitomizes what it means to be a realtor; dedicated and sensitive to clients needs, thoroughly knowledgable of all facets of the process, tenacious in making sure that everything proceeds well, and a delight to work with. Susan not only knows what her own responsibilities are, but also those of all the other participants in the process, and she keeps tabs on all of them to assure that everything is performed properly and in a timely manner.
