    Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Niantic, CT.
    Susan aggressively took on the project to sell my house, and did so in a very professional manor. She worked as if it were her own house that she was selling. The house was on the market for less than two weeks before I had a contract, and was sold in one month. The results speak for themselves. I was impressed with the confident manner in which she conducted our business.

    She took what I was anticipating to be an unpleasant endeavor and turned it into a painless experience.

    Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $325K in Clinton, CT.

    Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Niantic, CT.
    I was looking at buying my first house and Susan came highly recommended from a few of my friends that previously worked with her. I can say that they were absolutely right in recommending her.
