I've had no problem marking a property as sold before but this time it's not giving me the option? There's no "cancel this listing" function. I can only change it from "for sale" to "pending" in the "Edit Status" function.Help, please Zillow support...

Hello, Thanks for your interest. I'm sending you the link to the virtual tour. We should have photos posted shortly. In regards to the path, it's a former canal. Draper city cut off the water flow to it and now they maintain it. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I can't get the previous agent's photo off my listing. Any advice?
I'm listing a home that was previously listed with another agent. There's an unimpressive photo posted and no matter how many photos I add, I can't take the bad photo down. Can't contact Zillow staff directly either, it seems. Thoughts? Thanks!
