Bought a home in 2013.
Susie Sneed assisted us greatly with a first time home buying experience. She was always readily available, exceedingly helpful and very pleasant. Her experience was a valuable asset, and it was clear that she is respected by her peers. We very much enjoyed working with Susie, and we would highly recommend her.

She helped us find our house and we couldn't be happier. She is very down to earth and helpful!! You couldn't ask for a more genuine realtor. I highly recommend her!

I did not utilize Susie fully, but she did show my husband and I a few houses. As a first time home buyer, she was very nice and helpful with questions. We only worked with her once so I am not able to fully review her, but she was extremely friendly and helpful on that first day --- even helped out on a holiday!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in East Memphis-Colonial-Yorkshire, Memphis, TN.
Susie was extremely helpful in the purchase of my first home! She was honest and reliable when my fiance and I had questions about what we should offer on a house. Susie kept in touch with us throughout the entire process - she was persistent but not pushy in helping us find a home. I would highly recommend Susie to anyone looking for homes in the East Memphis area.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Midtown, Memphis, TN.
Susie is a great agent. As a first time property investor, Susie found exactly what we wanted, where we wanted, and for the amount we wanted to spend. She was very knowledgeable about the process and assisted us every step of the way. Susie has always had a smile on her face, regardless of how much we've put the lady through. Buying properties is definitely a learning curve. She has been instrumental in our purchase of 2 investment properties so far; all in less than 2 months.

Mrs. Sneed was very responsive to our needs. She was sure
to show properties within our budget and looked for opportunities for
us. She was not pushy and seemed to be familiar with the areas in which we were interested in buying a home.
She was helpful in negotiating our purchasing price.
At closing she was knowledgeable about regulations, cost and set
us up with a helpful attorney.
Our experience with Mrs. Sneed was excellent, and we would
recommend here to potential buyers.
