Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $75K in Butte Falls, OR.
Our circumstances with buying a house were quite unique, but Londi came through in every way turning each hurdle into an accomplishment. There were times I would not have blamed her for throwing in the towel, but she would not give up and kept forging ahead. In the end we acquired the home we wanted so badly. Londi didn't just sell us a house, she helped us make a dream come true. Thank you Londi.

Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2011 for approximately $50K in Eagle Point, OR.
Londi worked with us when we were buying a HUD home. The buying process for these homes can be very complicated and exhausting. We are very thankful that we had Londi to look after us and help us to get through this escrow process. Her knowledge was extensive, and greatly needed, as HUD homes have different criteria. There were many times that I felt that Londi really did go above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend Londi's service.

Bought a home in 2007.
As an out-of-state buyer of acreage, I needed someone who was very good at understanding what we wanted and match to our needs as we didn't have much time to visit many properties. Londi fit the bill perfectly. Even before we met personally, we did most of our work together online and via email. Londi found the perfect piece of property for us that met all our requirements on which we built a beautiful custom home and ranch.

Very Patient, my wife and I were a bit picky. We settled with a HUD home do to the excellent deal, working with HUD was a little different. It was nice to have a real estate agent who has experience working with HUD. Very accommodating to our needs.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $200K in White City, OR.
I was in a position where circumstances led me to sell my house in a short sale. I contacted Londi Sutton of Sutton Home Realty and within a week my house was listed! I had beautiful colored flyers and a sign out front which truely showcased my home. After receiving offers I felt the mortgage company was dragging there heals. I contacted Londi and expressed my concerns. She dug in to the short sale rules, went back to the mortgage company armed with more knowledge which seemed to capture there attention! My house was sold shortly after. Londis listening skills, attention to detail, response time and customer service is that of strong recommendation!
