We have used Suzanne for two home purchases, first for a modestly priced home and then for a more expensive one. In both circumstances we were treated with great respect.
Suzanne was even willing to come out last minute on a Sunday afternoon to show us a home and then immediately get our offer in. Without her due diligence to get our offer in ASAP we would have possibly lost the purchase to another bidder.

Suzanne helped sell our house in town so we could buy the perfect house on Lake Talquin. When she got the alert about the house we bought she called immediately and she helped us get a contract on it within 24 hours. She was wonderful showing us houses and taking a lot of time answering all of our questions. She also knows a ton of trades people and they have all been very good.
