Suzanne knows how to sell a house. She is extremely attentive to every detail. She gave us a list of small items to rectify, carbon monoxide detectors, additional smoke alarms, put away as many personal items as possible.If you follow her lead, you will have a good chance at selling your house quickly. We took Suzanne's advice on pricing the house to sell quickly. Our house sold on the first day of showing. It does not get any better than that. Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $425K in Niskayuna, NY.

We needed help selling the home we'd lived in for 30 years. Suzanne was recommended to us because she is personally involved in selling homes, not just a home broker. At our first meeting, she described how she could help us, and the advantages of Coldwell-Banker. She confirmed the personal approach she takes in each home she lists. Once we hired her, she gave us specific recommendations on how to prepare our home for listing, including a staging plan. She taught us about the current housing market, enabling us to aptly pick a price point. She showed us how many buyers were actively looking at our price point, and how many days homes were typically on the market. She showed us the comps in our area. She made a personalized video of our home for internet shoppers. Even though it was January when we listed, it took only three days to go to contract. Suzanne was with us every step of the way. When last minute issues arrived before the closing, she guided us through to a satisfactory resolution. Suzanne's professionalism, experience, and fun personality made the process less intimidating and smooth as can be.  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 in Altamont, NY.

Having had a disastrous and damaging experience with another realtor (who up and left town midway through our contract!), I gladly accepted a friend's suggestion to call Ms. Prezio. By that time I had very low expectations; anything would be better than our recent debacle. However, I was delighted to discover Suzanne's optimism, motivation and confidence during our initial interview. She made it clear that selling a 200 year old house on a main road in the middle of winter would not be easy but that she was up to the challenge and was sure she could do it. Every conversation we had thereafter, and there were many, reinforced my initial opinion. Her ethics are of the highest standard and she would allow no fudging of facts. In addition, Suzanne does not suffer fools gladly, a trait I much admire in a person. Her marketing of our house went beyond the perfunctory online listing and then waiting for the phone to ring; she created a beautiful and factual video of our home, complete with anecdotes. Now it is only a few months later and we are in the home stretch. My husband and I can finally stop sweating. We owe Suzanne a double debt of gratitude: she has sold our house neatly with no drama and the next time we buy we will be comfortable knowing who to call.  More Less
