Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Mammoth Lakes, CA.
I cannot say enough about Suzanne. She was recommended by a former Mammoth real estate agent whom I have known and respected. Suzanne was kind, patient, professional and thorough from the beginning to the end of the process, always keeping my best interest and that of the buyers' at heart. Even after escrow closed, she orchestrated boxing and moving of my furniture and furnishings.

Bought a home in 2012.
I expressed interest in making an offer via the Zillow website. Suzanne responded very quickly and effectively answered all my questions concerning making an offer, including obtaining a pre-approval letter from my lender. Even though she was the listing agent, she provided excellent advice on a fair offer. Once we accepted the counter offer, Suzanne quickly provided all the documents required during the purchase process. She effectively answered our questions and ensured the process was meeting our 45 day escrow. Numerous times Suzanne contacted us to check in and make sure everything was proceeding. When we contacted her, she responded immediately to answer our concerns. Her local knowledge was extremely valuable. She connected us with an excellent home inspector and ensured we obtained a septic system inspection as part of the offer. Suzanne's respect for us as a customer and her professionalism and kindness is greatly appreciated. I would recommend her to anyone requiring real estate services in the Eastern Sierra area.

Suzanne helped my wife and I purchase our dream. She was very effecient and was always available, ie nights and weekends. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend her to friends and family. I know I was a demanding customer and kept her busy with all my requests. We even closed a week early. Thanks again Blane and Sharon.

From the beginning Ms Baker was full of excitement about listing our property and began the marketing with signage not only out front of our hillside/lakeview cabin but on the main shoreline road to generate interest of passing traffic. That little extra paid off. Suzanne then followed up a lead that with her special brand of nurturing, led to an offer and ultimately a sale in record time.
How could it get any better than that in this very soft market, especially with marketing a recreational home.

Suzanne was wonderful to work with. We bought our dream vacation home in the Twin Lakes area and can't thank her enough for helping us through the tedious process. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. We would highly recommend her to our family and freinds.

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $525K in Mammoth Lakes, CA.
I can't say enough good things about Suzanne. She showed us properties of all sorts for 2 years before we finally made up our minds to buy a condo with great patience and good cheer. When we finally decided to buy a Snowcreek condo last September she executed the offer, negotiation, and closing without a hitch. She knew exactly what needed to happen. We were able to complete the whole process from home in the Bay Area. After we closed she even helped us by showing it to some potential renters as we were not planning to use it right away. Suzanne really knows the market and the properties in the market. Her knowledge was a great asset for us in the process. She will also always go the extra mile to help in any way and no question will remain unanswered. I wholeheartedly recommend Susanne.

The entire process of buying a home and property was a great experience! Suzanne was highly professional, efficient and personable. The property we purchased was far from her regular service area, but she was always on time, and she accommodated our schedule, which meant for her, driving long distances very early in the morning. I don't know if it is a record, but from the date we made an offer and took possession of the property (all inspections, title, etc), it was about two weeks.She is also a skilled negotiator, and we were able to buy the property at a great price. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anybody, friends and family.

Suzanne was highly responsive. She contacted the seller many times for us to ask questions we had and it was much appreciated. She kept us informed as we moved toward closure. Everything was right on schedule and closing went smoothly. We are very happy with her expertise and knowledge of the area. It was a delight to work with Suzanne Baker in purchasing our condo in Mammoth Lakes, CA. We contacted her online and she promptly called us to set up some properties to consider. After our first bid was out-bid, she went to work and found us an even better property. Our bid was accepted and we now own the condo. She was right on with the negotiation in pricing, and we feel we got an exceptional buy. During the short escrow (less than one month), Suzanne did an outstanding job in keeping us informed. We completed the entire escrow online, since we live 350 miles away. We would definitely ask Suzanne to assist us again in purchasing a new property.
