Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in New Underwood, SD.
Suzanne is fantastic to work with. She is very knowledgeable about her field and works hard to make sure her clients have a full understanding of the complete house selling/buying process, answering any question they may have no matter how trivial it may be. She goes the extra mile for her clients and does it with a smile. I truly enjoyed working with Suzanne in the past and look forward to utilizing her skills again in the future. I have recommended her services to friends and family many times knowing that they couldn’t be in better hands.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Sturgis, SD.
Suzanne Olson made our first time home buying experience and process awesome!
She is very knowledgable in her field. She has a warm personality that makes you feel at ease in the stressful process of looking for and buying a home. Our experience was very organized and whenever we had questions Suzanne was always available to answer no matter the time or day. I would strongly recommend Suzanne Olson to be your realtor!

Sold a home in 2012.
Suzanne was very helpful in educating and advising us along the way while she was selling our home. My husband and I both work in different towns then where our house is so she had to drive a lot, in two different directions to bring us paper work etc. She made everything easy and convenient for us and even helped us after the sale with our hot tub that was in repair limbo with the repair company. We would highly recommend her.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Rapid City, SD.
I had a very positive experience while working with Suzanne as my realtor in purchasing a home earlier this year. After getting no response from the seller's agent on a home I was very interested in, a mutual friend recommended going through Suzanne as my realtor. I was able to make contact with Suzanne my first attempt. We discussed viewing the home I was interested in and she accepted to work me even though it was located was in a community over an hour’s drive away from her office. She promptly got a showing set up a time for the end of the week. After the showing, I wanted to make an offer.
She took the time to discuss and educate me on the market and timing, so I could have a better understanding of where I needed to be on this offer. Then she put together an offer that looked out for my interests while ultimately closing the deal the very next morning. Suzanne's negotiation ability, guidance, experience & understanding of the situation was 'spot on' and I would without reservation and give her the highest recommendation to be your realtor. Suzanne has been a dream realtor. She is knowledgeable, flexible, and a go getter. Suzanne did an exceptional job selling our raw property (her photos were incredible). She was so great we enlisted her to help us find our dream home! Through out the buying process Suzanne has been able to provide thorough professional services guiding our family through this monumental life change purchase. We will use Suzanne hands down with any of our future real estate needs as well. We also recommend her to anyone who will ask!

Bought a home in 2011.
Suzanne helped me buy my first house this past year. From the start of the loan process to closing, she was there every step of the way. With me knowing where I wanted to live and the price range I wanted to stay in, Suzanne found homes that fit me, fit my price range, and most of all fit my lifestyle. She was always there, sometimes answering late night calls, to answer even the smallest questions I had about the home buying process. She is a true professional and has a customer for life!!
