Celebrating her 40th year in Real Estate, Suzette has worked in the Real Estate industry all her life. Her first job in real estate was processing home loans in the 1970′s, and then began selling real estate in Palos Verdes, before she became a California Certified Appraiser. In the 80′s, The Kitselman Company grew to be the largest appraisal company in the San Francisco Bay Area, and was on the Top 5 Approved Appraisers List of all the major banks. She provided expert witness testimony in court for Real Estate matters, was a government contractor with the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) , and during that time, was also an investor and restorer of historic Victorian homes and apartment buildings in San Francisco. She has patched a roof in a rainstorm, designed kitchens, laid granite flooring, supervised construction crews and landscaped gardens, all by herself. After 11 years, she sold her Appraisal company to her employees, and became a Mortgage Broker in the 90′s, to learn the financing side of the industry. She was a top producer at Inter-Bay Financial for several years.

A top producer at InterBay Financial, she arranged mortgages for all types of properties. She also purchased and renovated numerous Victorian homes and apartment buildings in San Francisco.
Returning to Los Angeles in 2000, she founded Independent Investments, LLC, and Intuition Investments, LLC; buying and selling NNN retail properties nationwide as principal, over the next ten years.
Going back into real estate sales in 2012, she closed the largest deal of the year in her office when she sold an apartment complex in Century City. She represents Clients for both residential purchases and sales.
Suzette was raised in La Jolla, California, before it had attitude. She loves to travel, cook, ride her bicycle, learn languages, and is a cancer survivor. Has 11 nieces and nephews and loves them dearly. Dreams about architecture. Has patched a roof in a rainstorn, laid granite flooring, landscaped gardens, and designed kitchens all by herself. She loves to make it easy for busy people to understand and navigate their real estate transactions, and make their investment dreams come true.
