Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $725K in Chappaqua, NY.
We were very fortunate to have Suzette Kraus as our agent to sell our house in this very difficult real estate market. She helped us set a reasonable listing price based on her extensive analysis of the recent sale history and inventory. With her knowledge and experience in fashion and interior design, she was able to stage our house very well with limited resources. Suzette is enthusiastic and energetic person and she worked extremely hard with us before and during the selling process of our house. She not only kept us well informed in every single step of the selling process but also communicated with buyers' agent and our attorney effectively and timely.

Suzette helped us to sell our house in Chappaqua. She is very professional and helpful. She worked really hard with us throughout the whole process and give us correct advice on how to sell our house in a tough market. I highly recommend her.

We bought our current home and sold our previous one with Suzette. We were very particular about our preferences and location. Suzette worked us patiently for over a year to help us find our home. She worked at our pace, was patient and offered valuable advice along the way. When we had to sell, she helped us prepare our house to be marketable and attractive, and we sold in 2 weeks. She has also helped in various other logistics. She is very knowledgable, has a lot of experience and above all has integrity. We highly recommend Suzette.

We had a wonderful experience with Suzette. We cast a wide net in towns and Suzette was able to get us the pertinent information about many different areas. Suzette went above and beyond what I ever expected from an agent. She worked with me as if I were her top priority and helped me with staging and went as far as bringing some of her personal items into my home. She helped me get top dollar for my home and find a new home that fit all my needs. In the process, we became friends. I would highly reccomend her to as an agent!
