Suzi Schuenemann is, at the very least, smart, tenacious and resourceful. But, she is so much more. I had emptied my home near Los Angeles, put it in the hands of a real estate broker and went on an extended road trip looking for my next home in the Pacific Northwest. After checking out homes in Portland, Lake Oswego and surrounding areas, my dog and I traveled north to the Olympic Peninsula. During our travels we scoured Zillow wherever we stopped. We got to Sequim, WA and an old college friend introduced me to Suzi Schuenemann. I told her what I was looking for in my price range and then showed her what I had discovered on Zillow. She knows the area as well as anyone and better than most. She showed me several homes in Port Townsend and one caught my fancy. Suzi wrote an offer on this wonderful house based on the contingency of my LA house selling. When that house then fell out of escrow, she wrote another offer that bought me more time to sell one home while allowing me to live in my new Port Townsend home. That was a feat of magic as far as I was concerned. Suzi negotiated a transaction that was a win-win for both the seller and for me. I would feel very comfortable recommending Suzi’s services to any of my family and friends.
