Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Allen, TX.
Swapnil is very thorough in her research. I think the best thing about her is an unbiased opinion. She helped us through the buying process from start till the end. Gave us a great customer service support. We looked at houses in different communities. Swapnil was thorough in her research about schools in the neighborhood and other statistics. She helped us with the negotiation process and also pointed out the strategies to buy or sell. We were very impressed with how much know-how she had on the construction side as well. She pointed out several features in the new home and how much they might be worth. She is a great realtor. Would definitely recommend her to anyone and will reach out to her if we are ever back in the market.

I was looking for investment properties in Coppell area and I was very lucky that I contacted Swapnil. She is extremely knowledgeable. She is very polite and humble person.
After we liked the property, she negotiated really well and got me a great deal. When we were looking for the properties she always gave me honest opinion about those houses. In the process of buying home she never pushed me to close the deal.
I have properties in other states also and I worked with many real estate agents but she is “THE BEST”.
I would definitely recommend her to friends and family members.

I was told she would call me and send me an email about a showing. Haven't heard back from her since. Do not recommend. Very unprofessional! More concerned about personal gains as opposed to interest of the client. Calls too late in the night past bedtime!

Swapnil is a wonderful agent!! She is very profesional, friendly and very helpful. She went out of her way to help me sell my home. I am definitely going to use her as my agent next time I buy a home.
