    Sold a Single Family home in 2009 in Kalkaska, MI.
    Donna did a great job helping us sell our house in Kalkaska. She advertised our house at a number of websites to get maximum exposure. We would use her again if we ever need to buy or sell again in her area and highly recommend her to anyone else that needs a real estate agent.

    I specialize in residential homes and vacant land. I work with both buyers and sellers in the 5 county area surrounding Traverse City.

    I live in Kalkaska County and work in Grand Traverse County, therefore I am most familiar with those two areas.

    I am very proactive with advertising and pay to have my listings featured in various real estate websites and in real estate books. In my younger days I spend 11 years in the Army where I worked as a photographer and trained in cartography. Therefore, I pride myself on my ability to take excellent photos and my talent at drawing maps or outline properties on aerial photos in order to attract the most potential buyers.

    I am a member of the Traverse Area Association of Realtors and the Women's Council of Realtors. I am also a Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource certified Realtor.
