Sold a home in 2012.
Sylvia provided my family the best home buying experience that we could have ever imagined. This is my 3rd home purchase, but this is my first experience working with Sylvia Becker. The previous Realtor's don't even come close to the level of professionalism that Sylvia demonstrated throughout the entire process. I could always count on Sylvia to answer my calls, and respond to my emails whenever a question or concern would come up. I had no prior knowledge of Sylvia, but one night when I was searching for homes on the internet, I saw her name listed for a couple of property's, so I sent an email inquiring about the property's, and Sylvia responded in less than 2 hours. At that point, I realized that she would be the one person that I would like to represent us.

If I had one word to describe Sylvia Becker, it would be, AWESOME! As a first time homeowner, I had done my homework. Sold a home in 2012.
We had a great experience with Sylvia. We had a vacant home in move in ready condition that was listed initially with a discount broker. We had a few inital showings, but even with a MLS listing it just sat there. Thanksgiving weekend we turned it over to Sylvia. We all know winter is not the best time of year to be trying to sell a home, especially in this economy. Within a week she staged our home(Sylvia is also an interior decorator) , had it photographed by a professional photographer, gave our home its own website, and relisted it on MLS. Shortly before Christmas, she hosted a open house (No other realtor with a listing in our neighborhood wanted to join her in a neighborhood wide open house-they considered it a waste of time). By Christmas we had an offer. By January 31, 2012 we had sold our home. By the way, Sylvia is the one who found the buyer for our home. She had a high apptitude for for details, returns calls quickly, was helpful in negotiations. We would definately use Sylvia Becker again.…More Less
