Syreeta is the best. i was feeling really discouraged by the real estate agents I had interviewed. I mean it was stereotypical - not professional, not prompt, etc. Then my friend told me to call Syreeta Saunders-Keys. I did and never looked back. Syreeta and her team are true professionals. They run an actual business. When I bought my house Syreeta helped me find what i was looking for in the right area and most importantly she negotiated hard. I am comfortable with my payment. I would recommend Syreeta and her team to anyone.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Baltimore, MD.
Syreeta is the first & last agent I will ever work with because she is a true professional. She knows the market, she understands how to connect with her buyers & she goes to the mat for them (even the anxious ones like me)! My husband & I closed on our 1st home today & she handled the process so well, that I had to post her review this very day. I have been writing it since I met her. Syreeta knows EVERYBODY (contractors, lenders, landscapers, builders, sellers agents, title agents, home inspectors, pest control companies) you could need during the process of buying a home. She will not waste your time, she will show you what you ask for & in the areas you want but she will also keep you grounded & guide you. She has a very natural, relaxed demeanor that kept us (well mostly me; hubby was fine) calm when the fear of buying a well maintained but dated home got too overwhelming. This house was perfect & Syreeta had the vision to see what we were about to lose. She listened to me vent for almost an hour that night & in the morning she arranged for us to meet with a wonderful contractor. This would not be the home we closed on today without her & we are so grateful for this. My husband recommended her to his co-worker, I recommended her to my cousins (whom she is currently helping). Our budget was not large (low $200k) but our wish list was & she managed to meet the demand. After 2.5 months, we now own a beautiful 4 bed, 3 bath in a quiet, established area of Pikesville & everyone who has seen the home agrees it is great. I found her on another real estate site & I was like, how can anyone get such perfect reviews? Then we worked with her. You should work with her too. I now have a friend in the biz. Bought a home in 2011.
My husband and I had worked with other agents and been in contract 3 previous times, and none of them worked out. We were discouraged and thought we'd never find the home we want, in the location we want for a price we could afford. But a friend who recently purchased a home with Syreeta, encouraged us to give her a try. So we did. From the first meeting to closing day, she was excellent!
Syreeta was always available to take our calls, answers our many 1st time home buyer questions, and she worked hard to get us the perfect house at a price we were happy with. We saw a house that we liked a little, but Syreeta said that if we were not in love with it, we should keep looking. We never felt pressured or rushed to make an offer. And our first offer with Syreeta was our last ... we got the house we wanted.
Syreeta was punctual, warm, intelligent and professional. She guided us towards other equally wonderful professionals. Our previous experience with a mortgage comany was horrible. Syreeta referred us to a small, local, lender she had previous good working relationship with: it made all the difference. She helped us get a beautiful 4 bedroom colonial with large fenced in yard, that backs to woods and is in a spectacular neighborhood, within our budget ... and it was move in ready with no major projects pending. She never gave up or told us to settle for less than what we wanted. She encouraged us to look in a few places we had not thought too much about, and sure enough we found our first home there.
Even after the purchase, she has been available to answer questions about stuff that has come up. She referred us to a good contractor to help us do a small project. She is a serious consultant when you need professional advise, but she also has the warmth of a friend. She has also recommended some good restaurants. If you've had a bad exerience with other agents, or just wish to avoid working with one who will waste your time, give Syreeta a try. We refer her to all our friends and would work with her again when we sell.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Mondawin, Baltimore, MD.
To all who read this review, please note that that what I write is true and sincere. My agent Syreeta was amazing. I didn't refer to Syreeta as my former agent because I will use her again. If there are ever matches made in heaven for earth between buyer and agent, this was it. From the moment I met her she was nothing but helpful. Constant communication was a huge plus. When ever I called her, she was there. Her knowledge of the business and or home buying/selling process is superb. I highly doubt there is anyone better. She knew the ins and the outs of everything. She made this process stress free for me. She dealt with the stress and tactics of the sellers and gave me the best deal possible. At settlement, I paid absolutely nothing. If she is your agent, she will look out for your interest and your interest alone. She herself is secondary. Her goal is to get you your home with the best results. Plus you can call her after the home buying process is over. I love her and believe you will to. Please feel free to check her out yourself. Although her abilities, experience and success rate speak for itself, I'll add my review as additional support to her caliber as an agent. Thank you.

I luv this agent!! She is on her toes and knows exactly what she is doing!! Very professional and responsive!!!! I was a first time homebuyer with no knowledge about the housing process!! I had these first time homeowner jitters and she helped me through every step of the homebuying process!! Thanks to her I have a wonderful and cozy place!! And I love every moment in my first new home!! I would highly recommend her to anyone!! Thanks Syreeta!!

Syreeta is a phenomenal agent. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of buying and selling a home. I had a GREAT experience when shopping for my house. Syreeta kept me posted and updated every step of the way while looking for my new home. She has always been accessible and available to meet every one of my needs before and after I closed on my new home. Being a first time home buyer Syreeta made sure I was able to understand all of the terms and agreements in the contract. She was also very professional and a pleasant person to work with during my process. Sold a Townhouse home in 2012 in Baltimore, MD.
Syretta is an excellent realtor. She was very knowledgeable about short sale do's and don'ts. She is very personable which made it very easy to share personal information. She also kept me "in the loop" with every step of the process. She also went out of her way to make sure things went smoothly as far as waiting for the BGE to arrive since I had to work. She is very professional and hard worker. My house was on the market and had several offers all within in 2 weeks of my contacting her. I would definitely recommend Syreeta to my family and friends and use her again for my next home purchase.

I worked with Syreeta in my search for a home in Silver Spring, MD. She arrived on time and with a listing of homes. As we went to each home she seemed very knowledgable about the locations. She also provided an unbiased opinion by highlighting the positives and negatives of the home. I really was able to focus on the potential of some of the homes through Syreeta's ideas. I'd definitely work with her again.
She isn't your average agent. She is wonderful human being with incredible warmth and personality. She answers or returns every phone call and does her utmost best to find an answer to every question asked. Last but not the least she is a really honest human being.
