We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Oklahoma City, OK 73170
I spoke with Tara on the phone and told her what I was looking for. I later got a call from someone else in the office and she said she would set up some homes for me to see. I had specifically asked Tara about 2 homes. The agent had 4 homes set up to see. Neither of the homes I inquired about where on the showing. We saw one home that had had an accepted offer. The next home had an offer and was in negotiation. The 3rd home was the exact same size I already had and I told her I was looking for a bigger home. The 4th home was a duplex which I was not looking for. I inquired again about one of the first homes I asked about and another home. I was emailed back and said to meet at a certain time. I asked which home. I was told the only home I asked about and again the original home I wanted to see was not on the list. I told her not to bother I would find someone else to show me the home. When my new agent called the house just had an accepted offer.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Edmond, OK.
We specifically used Tiarra Choate, and we highly recommend her. She was extremely helpful, accommodating, and understanding, and she never made us feel as if we were bothering her. :) She was the agent we used in the sale of our house and the purchase of our new property. Tiarra was easy going yet professional. Love her!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Edmond, OK.
My husband and I have worked with many realtors throughout our lives and we both agree that Tara Levinson is in a league of her own. She exhibits a rare combination of professionalism, dedication and compassion towards her clients. Moving and change is always stressful and it was wonderful to work with someone who listened to us, understood our needs and didn’t waste our time. She worked very hard to find us not only a house but a home we love. Our experience with Tara has been wonderful and we highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a property in the future.

Bought a home in 2012.
Tara and her team were very helpful with the whole process! She listened to what we were looking for as first time home buyers and made sure she found our dream home! She was always willing to make us feel like it would be okay when we were stressed about different things during the process. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a home!

Sold a home in 2012.
Tara Levinson and her team are very knowledgeable of the area, completely help you understand the home buying and selling process, and make everything easy for you. This is definitely a realtor anyone would want to work with. Tara was very responsive to my inquiries to her no matter what day of the week or time of day... she was always so fast to answer my questions. I couldn't have imagined working with a better realtor or team of experts. We feel like we had an amazing once in a lifetime home buying and selling experience! If we ever do sell/buy again, it will be with the Levinson Team!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Oklahoma City, OK.
Tara is the best realtor I have ever met in my life. Although, she sold me only my second residence, I have spent nearly the last decade talking with realtors about various investment property opportunities and have never met such professionalism. I felt completely comfortable with her and trusted here knowledge and expertise. Below are a few notable examples of her strengths, as she had built my trust through the home buying process:
1. Knowledge of OKC: Tara had a thorough knowledge of my specific area (Lincoln Terrace); although she was based out of Edmond. She said when asked, “I feel it is my responsibility, as a Realtor, to understand ALL areas of OKC.” I had fired my last realtor for this specific reason he had no knowledge or no urge to learn about my area.
2. Negotiation Skills: The property I had purchased with her, she was also the listing agent. I was afraid her bias would be with the seller (also a good friend of hers). This was not the case. Not only did she help bargain the seller down to the low price I hoping to agree at, she also got him to counter $1000 less than I wanted. Additionally, she also was able to convince the seller to come to terms with ALL repairs needed on the house (appx $10k) even though a $1000 repair cap was agreed on the counter offer.
3. Contact-ability: Tara has the “Levinson Team” that works with you but she uses it only as a tool to provide better service. She had always found time for me and was very accessible via phone, email, and text. The first time I called was at 6pm on a Saturday. She was right there to answerer all my questions.
4. Networkability: Tara has many resources to pull from... anywhere from contractors, to loan agents. Being that she has such a large pull in OKC, they know she is the boss and is able to get things done right.
5. Continuation: She has been great to deal with post closing. Still answers my calls and emails just as quickly as before.

Bought a home in 2010.
Tara is an excellent realtor. She helped us buy our home last year and the experience from beginning to end went smooth. She is very knowledgeable and organized. She gave us invaluable knowledge about the area, schools, restaurants, local activities, etc. we were moving into which was important because we moved from out of the state. Since we were from out of state, Tara had been sending us emails for over 5 months of many listings in our interest. We narrowed our house search easily. The weekend we came to Oklahoma, she picked us up to tour each house and she coordinated for us to view 24 houses in one day. She was fully prepared with the stack of listing information of each house and organized it so we viewed all the houses in a certain area, then we would move to the next. This maximized time, effort and energy. By the end of the day, we narrowed our search to 4. The next day, we did a second viewing of the remaining 4 and made our decision. We put in an offer and found out witin a couple of hours that our offer was accepted.
We have now lived in our house almost 1 yr and still love it. Our neighborhood is great, schools are great for the children and we would not have found this without Tara Levinson

Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $225K in Edmond, OK.
Tara has helped with sell and purchase of my homes. I highly recommend her. When we decide to downsize (after the kiddos move out) I will be calling upon her again. Thanks to Tara and her staff, you were all a pleasure to work with.
