    Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $350K in Poinsettia Heights, Fort Lauderdale, FL.
    Originally, we did not plan to buy; we only wanted to check the market. Dale and Jan listened to us and then showed us properties that more than fulfilled our wish list. When we found our perfect place, we went through tense negotiations and ultimately we were able to reach a tough but fair deal.

    Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $300K in Wilton Manors, FL.
    I needed a realtor to sell my house and simply looked at my neighborhood and looked at all of the "For Sale" signs with the most action which seemed to be Dale and Jan's. So, I took a chance and called not knowing them at the time. Dale came over on the spot and gave me a fair assessment of my home, and as soon as it went on the market, it sold, I think it was listed for like one day and the winning offer came in. I am a bottom line person and appreciate the honesty and candor that Dale and Jan possess - no nonsense, no extra frill, just the hard line i's dotted and t's crossed business skills. Since my initial transaction, I have recommended family and friends to Dale and Jan, and all have been happy as can be. In a day and age of skepticism and fear, you can trust these people.
