Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2012 for approximately $50K in Seneca, SC.

We found Randy and Wanda Hardee by accident and Boy we sure are glad we did. These are two people who go above and beyond to find you what you are looking for and they take the time to listen. We lived in Connecticut and had a limited time to come down and look and Wanda gave us her undivided attention the two weeks we were here. We went back empty handed but Wanda never gave up she went out and looked at houses for us and kept in touch every few days with up dates. One day she called and found us a place and there was just no way we could get back down here.. Needless to say we bought this house sight unseen and it was a Winner and we Could Not be Happier. Being from up north we are use to cold people who are pushy and have no patience, We did Not find that in Wanda and Randy. She has been such a good friend to us and trust me we were not easy but she has been on the other end of the phone to answer every time we have called. I have let everyone we know who is looking at making the move that These two People Will be the best bet you can make. Thank you both so much for all you have done and continue to do for us... Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Easley, SC.

I lived in the Charleston area and began looking for a home in the Upstate due to a job relocation planned for July 2011. I began working with Wanda and Randy Hardee in June 2011. They provided frequent email updates for any new listings inside the area I was interested in and within the price range I had set. I especially liked that they respected the top price that I had set for my purchase and did not provide homes above that amount or pressure me into looking at homes that I felt I could not afford. Wanda accompanied me on so many walk-throughs that I lost track, it was at least 40 and could easily have been around 60 homes that we toured. She spent entire weekends with me and some evening until I found the one I thought was the perfect one for me. It was a short-sale and the loan servicer in NJ strung us along for months, with Wanda keeping in constant contact with the selling Realtor, until NJ finally said they wanted to sell it at an auction! So Wanda and I had to start the house hunting process all over again. Never once did Wanda seem impatient or preoccuppied - she was always attentive to my thougths and provided very good suggestions for how I could use the house we were looking at to best meet my needs. When I found the second house to place an offer on, she was very good at helping me set the amount for the initial offer and in the negotiation process that ensued. Randy was very helpful once the inspection came back regarding which items I could request be repaired before I'd purchase, which ones I could likely live with for awhile - but ask for a price reduction due to the inspector's finding, and which ones I'd likely have to decide later to repair or not. They made my home purchase experience a very positive one. In fact, I came to think of them as friends during the many months that they worked with me & we stay in contact from time to time just to see how the other is doing. They have the highest level of integrity that you can ever hope to find in folks! I have recommended them to several of my co-workers and friends who are looking for a new home in the SC Upstate area.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $350K in Williamston, SC.

We bought our home using them as agents and they worked hard for the few homes that we looked at. We made our decision very quickly so they made a very hefty profit (3% of 335,000) for a few hours of work and then gave us a picture of ourselves as a closing gift. How about a bottle of wine or something a bit more expensive than a picture printed on your home office printer? They did OK on driving around and opening locks on homes, but tried to convince us to offer about 15,000 more than we did instead of trying to figure out how much more we could save. Why is it that I can negotiate better real estate deals than my real estate agent? These two are retired accountants and need more real estate experience in my opinion if they are going to get good recommendations from past clients.
