Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Elkhart, IN.
I will never use another agent other than Tara. We tried to sell our home ourselves for far too long before calling her. Her knowledge of the market and her amazing negotiation skills are what finally got our home sold. We tried for a year, she had it sold within a month. We encountered some issues with the buyer's lender and Tara was able to come up with creative solutions to get things done. Including helping us pick up appliances that we were unable to have delivered to the home for the buyers. If you want the best, worry free service out there then you MUST use Tara. There's no need to look any further.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2009 in Elkhart, IN.
Tara held several open houses for us, she was always professional but still managed to be friendly at the same time. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
