Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in West River, New Haven, CT.
I worked with Phil Zimbardi on a house I purchased to rehab and resell at 158 Porter Street in New Haven. Phil convinced me that I could make the same money simply by cleaning it out and listing it for resale. He sold the house in less than 10 days at a $13,000 profit for me.
