Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
We met Theresa in 2007 when she helped us buy our first home, a condo in Park Place II. She helped with every step of the way and when it was time to sell and buy a house in January 2011 for our growing family, there was no question who our realtor would be! Our condo had multiple showings days after it was listed and we accepted an offer only 6 days after being on the market! During our house search, we looked at a minimum of 75 properties all over the Monmouth County area. Theresa was very patient with us as clients (we had a very specific & picky must-have list coupled with a tight budget!) and often arranged 10+ showings at a time until we finally found the home that best suited our needs. She again was with us every step of the way, and it was always helpful to know that she was available to us. We are very thankful & appreciative of her patience & support of us during our home buying & selling adventures... and of course would plan to use her services again when it's time to move again!

Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
Theresa helped me get my dream house in 3 month. Being a buyer without any experience, I knew nothing about the procedure to buy a house, the things to pay attention to while looking at models, etc. Theresa taught me all these in a very frank and warm way. She is very nice, amicable, and dedicated. I was so impressed when she showed me ~7 houses in one rainy Saturday, and I was even more impressed to know that she knows everybody in the development, not only because she is a realtor, also because she likes to make friends with people. She influences people in a very positive way with her sunshine smile, which helps to reduce the pressure from this sophisticated project of buying a house. She cares about both seller and buyer, as she said "I want to make both sides happy. Nobody should pay more than they can handle. When I help people choose houses, I consider for them, that they have to really enjoy their new home instead of being tied up for the mortgage payment. So I always try hard to negotiate with people, to make sure both buyers and sellers get a decent deal." And she did what she described, she is THIS trustible.
Besides choosing house, Theresa helped much in the inspection, preparing legal documents. Also since I've never owned a house before, she kept giving useful suggestions over how to maintain the house, what to keep an eye on, what to change on a regular basis... These were beyond her responsibility, but she did because she cares about her customers.
