Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Brick, NJ.Summary:
My wife Shannon and I started our house search with a different realtor in early 2011. We found a short sale that we liked and wanted to place an offer. We are first time homebuyers and had absolutely NO IDEA what we were doing. We placed an offer and waited about 6 months, and thankfully backed out of the sale, cause there was no end in sight,
We were then introduced to THERESA through or friends (previous clients of Theresa's). When we meet her, we were planning a wedding and just wanted to LOOK at houses. Theresa was PATIENT, and waited for us to do what we need to do. We got married in November, and as soon as we got back from our honeymoon we started the search. We found a house we loved in December, made an offer on New Years Eve, and closed 2/28/2012. THERESA guided us through EVERYTHING, she gave us all her contacts, from home inspector, lawyer and contractor. THERESA and her team were awesome. She helped us understand everything. I am known to be a pain in the butt, and probably called Theresa a million times in 60 days or so, she never batted an eye and i think she picked up EVERYTIME i called :)! We EASILY have a realtor for life, wouldn't even think of using another agent.

Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
We met Theresa in 2007 when she helped us buy our first home, a condo in Park Place II. She helped with every step of the way and when it was time to sell and buy a house in January 2011 for our growing family, there was no question who our realtor would be! Our condo had multiple showings days after it was listed and we accepted an offer only 6 days after being on the market! During our house search, we looked at a minimum of 75 properties all over the Monmouth County area. Theresa was very patient with us as clients (we had a very specific & picky must-have list coupled with a tight budget!) and often arranged 10+ showings at a time until we finally found the home that best suited our needs. She again was with us every step of the way, and it was always helpful to know that she was available to us. We are very thankful & appreciative of her patience & support of us during our home buying & selling adventures... and of course would plan to use her services again when it's time to move again!

Theresa helped me sell the condo in a pretty short amount of time, which I was impressed with given the climate of the market and economy. Having a realtor who is so knowledgable of the business just makes for a more thorough and enjoyable selling experience, which as we all know can be a very stressful time. It truly was a pleasure doing business with Theresa. She has my confidence and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to family or friends, or myself should I ever decide to move!
